The Orchestria solution

Orchestria uses AI to read your PDF invoices regardless of their layout. Data is extracted and structured as JSON: nested objects, line item arrays, automatic typing of numbers and dates. The generated JSON is directly consumable by your REST APIs, importable into MongoDB, Elasticsearch or any JSON-compatible system.

The problem

Your invoices arrive as PDFs but your system expects JSON. To feed an internal API, a modern ERP or a NoSQL database, you need to extract the data and structure it as JSON objects. Manually, it's hours of copy-paste. With a script, it's fragile: every supplier has their own layout, and the slightest change breaks everything.

JSON structure adapted to your needs

The JSON generated by Orchestria follows a clear, predictable structure:

  • Metadata: supplier (name, tax ID, address), invoice number, dates
  • Amounts: net total, VAT (rate + amount), gross total, discounts — typed as numbers
  • Line items: array of objects with description, quantity, unit price, line amount
  • Payment: terms, IBAN, payment method

The structure is customizable via prompt: you choose the fields, key names and nesting level.

Direct integration with your systems

JSON is the native format for modern APIs and integrates directly with:
