1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Orchestria, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and our privacy policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Orchestria is a SaaS platform for generating and executing automation workflows via a web interface. Our services include:
- Automatic workflow generation via AI
- Workflow execution with quotas according to your plan
- Input/output connectors (HTTP Polling, SFTP, Webhooks)
- Flow routing and Virtual DNS
- Quota management and monitoring
3. User Account
Account creation: You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password.
Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities performed from your account.
Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these terms.
4. Plans and Quotas
Orchestria offers several subscription plans:
- Free: Limited quotas, basic features
- Starter, Pro, Enterprise: Increasing quotas and features
Quotas: Each plan has limits on executions, flows, and polling frequency. Overruns may result in temporary service interruption until quota renewal or plan change.
Payment: Paid plans are billed monthly. Refunds are not available except where legally required.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to NOT:
- Use Orchestria for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to bypass quotas or security measures
- Overload infrastructure (spam, DDoS attacks)
- Store or process illegal, offensive, or malicious data
- Share your account or API keys with unauthorized third parties
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited content
Any violation will result in immediate account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain all rights to your flows, data, and configurations.
Our platform: Orchestria, its source code, logo, and all its elements remain our exclusive property.
License to use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the platform according to your subscription plan.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep Orchestria available 24/7, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability (maintenance, outages)
- Absence of errors or bugs
- Compatibility with all external APIs
Maintenance: We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notification.
8. Limitation of Liability
Orchestria is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for data loss, financial loss, or indirect damages
- You are responsible for the workflows you create and the data you process
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party APIs (Google Drive, etc.)
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid over the last 12 months.
9. Termination
By you: You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
By us: We may terminate your account in case of:
- Violation of these terms
- Non-payment (paid plans)
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
Effect of termination: Your data will be deleted within 30 days. Backups will be destroyed in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email. Your continued use after notification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

13. Refund Policy
14-day money-back guarantee:
In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws, you have 14 calendar days from the date of your subscription purchase to cancel your agreement and receive a full refund without needing to provide any reason.
How to request a refund:
Contact us at contact@orchestria.io within the 14-day period. Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle and will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
After the 14-day period:
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that this refund policy applies to subscription fees only and does not cover usage-based charges or custom development fees.
